Self Defense classes on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00am and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm in the BB Theater
Open to men and women of all ages. No experience necessary. All sessions will have
instructional time before practicing basic moves.

Jarcuterie class on Monday, March 20 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the CC Meeting Rm
One time class to learn how to create the perfect charcuterie in a cup/jar. Ms. Tommie will also show you
some healthy substitutes for the boards. Class is limited to six tables, twelve attendees..

Sewing for Beginners class on Monday, April 17 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the CC Meeting Rm
No experience required. Sewing supplies & machines will be provided. Space is limited to 8.

L.E.A.D. Diabetes Education Classes on Mondays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the BB Theater
A four part diabetes educational program for people with Type II Diabetes and their family members.
Learn helpful ways to control and manage Type II Diabetes. Receive recipes for healthy diabetic cooking.
A diabetic friendly recipe will be demonstrated at each session.
