Healthy Kitchen Cooking Series on the last Thursday of the month in the Meeting Room,
March through July 2022 at 5:30pm.
Learn how to prepare delicious meals that support longevity with Blue Zones Project Durant. This cooking series will teach you how to prepare new and exciting recipes that feature healthy food dishes from different areas around the world, led by local expert chefs using locally sourced ingredients.

L.E.A.D. Diabetes Education Classes on Mondays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the BB Theater
A four part diabetes educational program for people with Type II Diabetes and their family members.
Learn helpful ways to control and manage Type II Diabetes. Receive recipes for healthy diabetic cooking.
A diabetic friendly recipe will be demonstrated at each session.

Self Defense classes on Saturday from 11:00am to noon & Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the BB Theater
Open to men and women of all ages. No experience necessary. All sessions will have
instructional time before practicing core moves.
