First “Food for Fines” event

Food for Fines

We had a very successful “Food for Fines” event at the library. We took in almost 300 cans of food with only around 90 being used to pay for fines. This means less than 30% of the food went towards fines and the rest were just donations from the community. We are so proud!

The food items were sent to two local organizations and Families Feeding Families was one.
